НАУКОВЕДЕНИЕ Ключевые слова (''Своб.индексиров.''): r. ruber --иегм 231 --врожденный иммунитет Аннотация: It is shown that in monocyte fraction the biosurfactant glycolipid complex of R. ruber IEGM 231 promotes the pro duction of IL-1β and TNF-α cytokines while unaffecting the IL-6 synthesis. The glycolipid biosurfactant effect on IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 synthesis was not registered in mononuclear fraction. In neutrophil fraction the preparation was found to enhance the IL-8 production and did not change the IL-lβ and TNF-α secretion.
