Аннотация: The paper presents the results of investigations of the P, ϱ, T-properties of krypton in stable and metastable phase states. Experimental data have been obtained in a temperature range from 150 to 200 K and pressure range from 5.3 MPa to pressures close to the boundary of spontaneous boiling of superheated liquids. The method of pycnometry was used to measure orthobaric densities (116–160 K). The problem of the equation of state and stability boundary of metastable systems is discussed. An equation of state for the superheated liquid has been obtained in the framework of the mean-field theory and thermodynamic perturbation theory. The spinodal has been approximated
