Аннотация: Molten mixtures of sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride were examined using Raman spectroscopy. The shift of the valence vibration band nu(OH), the change of the orientation relaxation time tau(2r), and the variation of the effective inertia moment I-eff of the hydroxide-ion depending on temperature and chemical composition of the melts indicated the formation of ionic groups Na+-OH ... Cl--Na+ thanks to appearance of hydrogen bonds. The degree of associate formation was found to increase with growing concentration of halide-ions and reducing temperature
