ББК : 54 Предметные рубрики: ХИМИЧЕСКИЕ НАУКИ Аннотация: Electrical properties of solid lithium-conducting electrolytes are studied in the following system: 0.6Li4Si1-xGexO4 . 0.4Li3PO4 (system I) and 0.6Li4Si1-xGexO4 . 0.4Li3VO4 (system II), which have structures of the gamma-Li3PO4 type. It has been shown that the change in conductivity due to the replacement of silicon cations with larger germanium cations is different in the systems studied. In system I, the size effect manifests itself over the entire range of compositions, while in system II, this effect is appreciable only when x0.6.
