Аннотация: The effect of the size and shape of clusters on the thermodynamic functions of mixing of an ideal, associated solution is examined. Individual atoms and (AiBj)n clusters of different sizes, the compositions of which correspond to the composition of the congruently melting compound, are assumed to be present. The shape of the clusters was varied from that of a dense crystal to the shape of a linear chain. The energy parameters were noted in the pair approximation and estimated through the melting point of the congruently melting compound. Numerical calculations of the thermodynamic functions of mixing of binary Al-Sb, Ga-Sb, and In-Sb melts are presented
