Аннотация: An effecient synthetic method for fluorinated tridentate ?-aminoenones and tetradentate bis(?-aminoenones) via amination of fluorinated 1,3-diketones with o-phenylenediamine in the presence of trialkyl borates was developed. Ni(II), Cu(II) and Pd(II) complexes with tetradentate bis(?-aminoenones) were obtained. Their gaschromatographic behaviour and main fragmentation paths in the electron ionization mass spectra were described

Аннотация: Reactions of transesterification of dimethyl, diethyl and dibutyl carbonates with 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoroethyl-, 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluorobutyl- and 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-dodecafluorohexyl-carbinols were investigated in the presence of various catalysts. It was found that the conversion of starting dialkyl carbonate increases upon increasing the length of fluorine-containing radical in the presence of sodium alkoxide. It was shown that the maximum conversion of dimethyl carbonate (90%) was achieved in its reaction with 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoropentan-1-ol upon using catalysts such as K2CO3, NaOH, and sodium alkoxide. To achieve similar values of the conversion, Ti(OEt)4 and Ti(OiPr)4 should be used in the cases of diethyl and dibutyl carbonates, respectively.

Аннотация: The degradation of hydroxy derivatives synthesized from individual di-, tri-, tetra-, and pentachlorinated biphenyls as typical representatives of commercial mixtures of polychlorinated biphenyls has been studied by means of synchronous thermal analysis. Exhaustive thermal degradation of the substrate, characterized by the absence of evaporation process and lower energy consumption as compared to thermolysis of technical mixtures of polychlorinated biphenyls as well as the mixtures of their methoxy and hydroxy derivatives, has been established.

Аннотация: The reaction of fluorinated lithium 1,3-diketonates with propargylamine hydrochloride and 1,1,1-trifluorpentane-2,4-dione or 1,1,1-trifluoro-4-methoxypent-3-en-2-one with propargylamine and 3-aminophenylacetylene were performed to obtain fluorinated 1,3-enaminones containing at a nitrogen atom substituents with terminal C≡C bonds: (Z)-1,1,1-trifluoro-4-(2-propynylamino)-3-pentene-2-one, (Z)-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-5-(2-propynylamino)-4-hexen-3-one, and 4-(3-ethynylphenylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoropentyl-3-en-2-one. Reactions of 4-(3-ethynyl-phenylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoro-pentyl-3-en-2-one with Cu(II) acetate or nanosized powder of copper or its oxides led to the respective chelate complex. The structure of (Z)-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-5-(2-propynylamino)-4-hexen-3-one and a copper complex of 4-(3-etinilphenylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoropenta-3-en-2-one was determined by XRD

Аннотация: The efficiencies of hydrogen peroxide derivatives in the Baeyer–Villiger oxidation of cyclopen­tanone to δ-valerolactone have been compared. The oxidants used were hydrogen peroxide in acetic, formic, or trifluoroacetic acid, magnesium and sodium monoperoxyphthalates, cumene hydroperoxide, and tert-butyl hydroperoxide. The oxidation was carried out in water, aqueous methanol, and water–ethyl acetate. Sodium and magnesium monoperoxyphthalates turned out to provide high conversion and selectivity under mild conditions.

Аннотация: An efficient method for the synthesis of 6-thienyl-substituted 2-amino-3-cyanopyridines by the ring transformation in the corresponding pyrimidines was developed. Аннотация: The reactions of oxides of internal trans-, cis-perfluoroolefins with o-phenylenediamine and 2-aminophenol in dioxane gave 2,3-bis(perfluoroalkyl)quinoxalines and 2,3-bis(perfluoroalkyl)-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-2-ols respectively in yields of 23–67%. When N,N-dimethylacetamide was used as a solvent an anionic isomerization of the oxides into ketones, which further yielded 2-(perfluoroalkyl)benzimidazoles in the case of o-phenylenediamine and 2-hydroxy-N-perfluoroalkanoylanilines in the case of 2-aminophenol, became the main path of these reactions. Unusual cyclization resulting in 2-pentafluoroethyl-2-pentafluoropropanoylbenzoxazolidine occurs on interaction between dodecafluoro-3,4-epoxyhexane and 2-aminophenol in N,N-dimethylacetamide.

Аннотация: Zol-gel process was used to synthesize equilibrium mixtures of mono-, di-, and trimester derived from trimethylolpropane and perfluorocarboxylic acids. The elution order of the components of the mixtures from a weakly polar HP-5 column was established. The mass spectra of the synthesized compounds were studied. The GC-MS parameters of the products were compared with the respective parameters of their nonfluorinated analogs. The characteristics of the fluorinated esters have features determined by the esterification degree and the nature of the perfluoroalkyl groups, due to which these compounds can be identified in mixtures

Аннотация: A facile two-step synthetic approach to fluorinated and non-fluorinated 5-aryl-4-(5-nitrofuran-2-yl)-pyrimidines from readily available 5-bromo-4-(furan-2-yl)pyrimidine has been developed. All synthesized compounds were screened in vitro for their antibacterial activities against twelve various bacterial strains. It is demonstrated that some of these compounds exhibited significant antibacterial activities against strains Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Staphylococcus aureus, comparable and even higher with that commercial drug Spectinomycin.
