Аннотация: New fluorine-containing quaternary ammonium salts comprising an N-methylpiperazinyl moiety, which exhibited a high inhibiting capacity against hydrochloric acid corrosion of low-carbon steel, were synthesized. The polarization-resistance method was applied to determine the uniform corrosion rate of steel-3 in relation to the structure and concentration of the fluorine-containing substituents in the salts. It was found that the structure of the fluorine-containing moiety of the quaternary ammonium salts does not significantly influence the corrosion processes

Аннотация: A series of [(2-dimethylamino)ethylamino]methylidene-1,3-dicarbonyl compounds was synthesized for the first time starting from the corresponding 2-ethoxymethylidene derivatives and N,N-dimethylethylenediamine. It was shown that further alkylation of aminomethylidene derivatives with methyl iodide occurs regioselectively at the tertiary nitrogen atom. Quaternization products obtained exhibit high corrosion inhibition of mild steel in hydrochloric acid medium

Аннотация: N-Containing perfluoropentanoic acid derivatives were used as modifying additives to commercial epoxy resins. As shown by differential thermal analysis, the fluorinated organic derivatives exhibit catalytic activity in curing of epoxy resins. The following characteristics of the adhesive compounds in the cured state were determined: degree of swelling, gel fraction content, ultimate shear strength of the adhesive joint, adhesion to low-carbon St.3 steel and AMg-6 aluminum-magnesium alloy, and corrosion-protective properties with respect to these materials
