Аннотация: Alkyl 2-benzylidene-2-polyfluoroacylacetates react with urea and thiourea to yield 5-ethoxycarbonyl-4-fluoroalkyl-4-hydroxy-6-phenylhexahydropyrimidin-2-ones and -2-thiones and with guanidine sulfate to form 2-amino-5-ethoxycarbonyl-4-fluoroalkyl-6-phenyl-1,6-dihydropyrimidines and 3,6-diethoxycarbonyl-2,7-difluoroalkyl-4,5-diphenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidines, and they react with phenylhydrazine to afford 4-alkoxycarbonyl-3-fluoroalkyl-3-hydroxy-1,5-diphenylpyrazolidines. Hydrazine hydrate catalyzes the formation of 3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-2,6-difluoroalkyl-2,6-dihydroxy-4-phenyltetrahydropyrans. When treated with anhydrous hydrazine and o-phenylenediamine, these esters cleave to form the products of condensation of fluoroacyl ester and benzaldehyde with diamines.

Аннотация: Bis[1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-f:5?,1?-b][1,3,6]thiadiazepine and [1,5-g:5?,1?-b][1,3,7]thiadiazocine ring systems have been synthesized from 5-halo-1,2,3-thiadiazoles and aliphatic diamines. We have found that the last step of the process is the cyclization of initially formed bis(1,2,3-triazolyl-1,2,3-thiadiazolyl)sulfides. The structures of the intermediates and products were supported by different NMR spectroscopic methods (1H coupled 13C NMR, 2D HETCOR, HMBC and 1D INADEQUATE experiments) and mass spectrometry. Differences in the reaction pathway for aliphatic and less nucleophilic aromatic diamines were determined.

Аннотация: The reactions of β-azolylenamines 1 with sulfonyl azides 2 in acetonitrile furnished 1H-4-(azol-5-yl)-1,2,3-triazoles 3 in yields of 52-93%. β-Benzoylenaminones and β-nitroenamine of type 1 also reacted with tosyl azide to form the same type of products 3, proving the generality and efficiency of the method for the synthesis of N-unsubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles. On the other hand, the reactions of 3-(1-aryl-1,2,3-triazol-5-yl)enamines with tosyl azide in the absence of a solvent afforded a mixture of (E)-1-dimethylamino-2-tosylaminoethenes 5 and N,N-dimethyl-N′- tosylformamidine 6 in yields of 40-50 and 20%, respectively. The formation of a variety of compounds from the reactions of enamines 1 with sulfonyl azides 2 is rationalized by the various possible transformations of the intermediate 5-dimethylamino-1,2,3-triazolines

Аннотация: An efficient approach for the double acetylation of 5,11-dihexyl- 6,12-di(hetero) aryl-substituted 5,11-dihydroindolo[3,2-b] carbazoles with acetic anhydride in the presence of boron trifluoride etherate has been developed, thus affording the corresponding 2,8-diacetyl derivatives in good yields. A similar acylation has been shown to occur by the reaction of anhydrides of other carboxylic acids. Oxidation of the obtained 2,8-diacetyl derivatives with selenium dioxide takes place on heating or under microwave irradiation, thus resulting in the formation of the corresponding 2,8-diglyoxals. The latter proved to react with aromatic o-diamines to afford new indolo[3,2-b] carbazoles bearing quinoxalinyl fragments at C-2 and C-8. Major optical properties of quinoxaline- containing indolo[3,2-b] carbazoles have been measured.

Аннотация: A one-pot approach for the synthesis of 2-aryl-5-amino-1,2,3-triazoles is reported. This approach involves a tandem nucleophilic addition of alkylamines to hydrazonoyl cyanides and in situ oxidative cyclization of the resulting 2-(aryl-azo)ethene-1,1-diamines in the presence of copper(II) acetate and air. The described one-pot procedure is characterized by good yields, excellent selectivity, methodical simplicity, and uses readily available chemicals. This method was applied to the gram-scale synthesis of 2-aryl-1,2,3-triazoles.
