Аннотация: The epitaxial growth of rhenium electrodeposited from halide melts onto the poly- and monocrystalline rhenium foil with different orientations: (1010), (1120) and (0001) was investigated. It was established that the epitaxial growth onto the rhenium monocrystalline foils with (0001) orientation occurred at temperature 870-920 C in the range of the cathodic current densities 0.01-0.10 A/cm2. If the orientation of rhenium substrates disagreed with the direction of the growth texture broke up and the formation of the growth texture began. The surface morphology of the rhenium deposits was studied too. The microhardness of the epitaxial monocrystalline rhenium layers and the deposits with the growth texture (0001) was measured. It was found that the anisotropy of the face growth rate took place
